Chris Ploessel President
As RedNight’s President, Chris and his expertise have shaped the company’s purpose and vision. Chris utilizes his extensive technical and business expertise to benefit clients in a variety of industries. With more than 20 years in the IT industry, Chris’s strengths and experiences include the enhancement of revenue generation and cost reduction initiatives through innovative technology planning and re-architecture. He has led major technology infrastructure conversions, directed enterprise-wide initiatives, and has been responsible for crisis management, trouble-shooting, acquisition integration, and negotiations. Chris has the unique ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Charlotte Ouwehand VP of Operations
Charlotte is RedNight’s VP of Operations. She focuses on company growth through strategic decision making. Charlotte is the lead on financial planning for the company, project management of technology projects, and improvement of business processes. Additionally, she oversees RedNight’s marketing efforts and recruitment while and acting as liaison between business partners, technical experts, and third party vendors. Charlotte’s diverse background includes roles at ExxonMobil and Mercedes Benz as well as a multitude of international business experiences. Charlotte earned her MBA in finance from Chapman University.
David Walker Operations & Project Manager
David takes the role of Operations & Project Manager and is the hub connecting all spokes of the wheel. He has extensive experience in business development, IT projects and entrepreneurship. Our customers rely on him and so do we. David has the talent to break down complex IT projects and processes for people that are not as much involved in these areas, which makes him a key connector between the technical and non-technical people. Internally David is a constant contributor to improving and implementing processes that help RedNight deliver a great customer experience.
James Sandler Account Manager
James is our Account Manager at RedNight. He gets to apply his valuable professional experience from different industries to our processes and customer relationships. James’ strong ‘can-do attitude’ let him strive behind the scenes in the demanding world of Hollywood, lead him to Kuwait for interesting projects and kick-start a successful start-up. To supplement his professional experience, James received an MBA from Fordham University.
Andrew Matics Cloud Systems Administrator
Andrew is a Cloud Systems Administrator at RedNight and an Amazon Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. Andrew is an expert for vendor-supplied solutions. Additionally, he holds certifications for Windows Server environments and the AWS Solutions Architect Associate. Previous experiences exposed him to strict compliance standards that he is able to translate into solutions for businesses undergoing a cloud infrastructure reorganization.
Cory Annis Technical Support Administrator
Cory is RedNight’s Technical Support Administrator. He oversees our help desk and systems administration. He is adept in troubleshooting across all levels and types of software, from complex Windows Server policies to QuickBooks. With a passion for learning, Cory intends to continue to add to his considerable accomplishments, expanding his areas of expertise to include virtualization, cloud solutions and PowerShell/Python. In his time at RedNight, he’s consistently demonstrated his agility and technical skill.
Victor Pineda Technical Support Administrator
Victor is RedNight’s Technical Support Administrator. He is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for technical support administration and customer requests associated with Windows 10, Windows Server and AWS Workspaces, as well as hardware and software Office 365/Exchange issues. Victor has always been passionate about technology, troubleshooting and fixing his own devices even at a young age. Today, that passion shows in his dedication to RedNight’s clients and in his relentless pursuit of quick, hassle-free resolution.
Colin Moore Technical Services Engineer
Colin is RedNights’s Technical Services Engineer. He is responsible for various steps during migration projects, provides remote and onsite assistance and applies his expertise in vendor-supplied solutions to customer environments. He also holds the AWS Solution Architect Associate certification, which is a testament to his skills in building out cloud infrastructures. Not too long ago, Colin changed his career path into the IT industry and excels in solution oriented thinking skills and determination to resolve issues.
Tyler Christenson Software Developer
Tyler is a Software Developer, who is well versed in AWS and Azure. He has been working in this field for the past 5 years, specializing in database applications and custom software solutions. He is also experienced in IT infrastructure and networks. Whenever we get slightly stuck, Tyler quickly finds a solution and goes the extra mile.
